  Ordered for delivery and the service was way beyond exceptional! It was delivered by the owner himself, who's name I regretfully did not ask. The debt machine wouldn't work due to poor cell service, he told me to hope in and we drove 1/2 a mile down the road to better cell service, did the transaction and he drove me back to my truck!! The service gets 5 stars, as for the pizza.....3-3.5.

  Cold crappy undercooked pizza, and rude unprofessional clueless staff and management. One of the worst experiences I've ever had after giving it 3 separate fair chances. Don't waste your time

  I have always had the best service from here. There has been NO problems at all. Always fresh toppings and fast delivery! I would definitely recommend this pizza joint when you come to Trail. The customer service is phenomenal as well, family friendly for sure. If anyone says anything different, I would just tell you to try it yourself...just like a movie, not everyone will like the same movie, it’s something you’d need to check out yourself. Management is doing their best with everything. We are all human, we do make mistakes, so don’t let your opinion ruin it for others.

  This restaurant doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worst experience with customer service in my life. I was throwing a surprise party for my boyfriend and originally we were suppose to be ordering pizza from Panago but unfortunately, they were having problems with their cheese, so we had no choice but to order from Canadian 2for1 as it was my last resort. I called in my order at 4:00pm to have it delivered to a house for 8:00pm. I asked for the total on my order and he told me and all was fine. After I talked to some people, they thought it would be better to have the pizza delivered to the house for 7:00pm instead of 8:00pm. So we called back and asked if they could bring it at 7:00pm and they said it was no problem. So now 7:20pm has rolled around and there was still no pizza. We called to check up on our order and they said they were busy and it would be coming soon. We waited and waited and now it was 8:30pm and still no pizza. So I called back and told them I had 40+ people here hungry waiting for pizza that was now an hour and a half late which is not exceptable. I told him that I wanted it for free and he was rude and made snarky comments to me and hung up the phone. I called back several times and I got no answer. Finally he answered and I told him I at least wanted 50% off and to get the pizza here as soon as possible. Once again, he was VERY rude and told me that he wasn’t going to take money out of his own pocket for me. He just continued to tell me that they were very busy and that’s why the order was so late. I told him that wasn’t really an excuse considering I called and placed my order 2 hours prior. (Any other pizza place wouldn’t even hesitate to give you your order for free!) He then told me he would give me 25% off my NEXT order. I told him there wouldn’t be a next order. He told me he would throw in a bunch of pop and dips for free. So when the pizza finally got there 2 and a half hours later, they had made the wrong pizza, didn’t give us pop or dip, and my total was now $30.00 higher than I had originally been told. We called back to say we wanted our discount now and he continued to be very rude and inconsiderate. I will never order from here again. Such terrible service.

  On Thursday, 15 minutes after they were supposed to deliver, they were not answering calls. Their voicemail inbox was full, so we could not leave a voicemail. 45 minutes late, and still no sign of them - still not answering calls. It's now 5 hours after they were supposed to deliver our pizzas. We are not even sure they are still in business at this point. Everyone in finance has already gone home, hungry and disappointed, and the pizza party was an unmitigated disaster. Obviously, we will never order from this place again.
